I'm using this and the pic thread like a piggy record book, as I know they'll be all grown up in the blink of an eye!
Both had a little lap time today, I like to do this twice a day for about five minutes max at the moment, so there's consistency but it's very short times so as not to over-stress them. One time is them together (but Willow's a bit squirmy and inquisitive so it's not easy, but I like Marble to see Willow's confidence so she may be reassured
) other time is one at a time. Today, Willow took kale from me in lap time, I've never had this happen so quickly with a pig - 4 days!
Seeing how well the kale went down, I offered it to them both through the cage door. Willow took it first (naturally!), Marble was less sure but couldn't resist! Both are equally active in the cage, I initially only used to approach slow and low on a belly crawl, even then Marble would hide, but now they're not spooked if I pop stuff in from the top
Willow's quite a 'poppy' pig, Marble's done a couple of 'straight up and down' ones (she can pop really high!) and this evening she has been doing zoomie routes round the cage. Think she approves of the new layout
