I have just brought 2 new babies girls had them 3 weeks now , one of them is very skittish , shy and I'm sure has tried to bite me whilst picking her up or putting her back down , but whilst holding has always made a pretty pleasant noise ( well I think it is ) always made when I touch a certain place , but when I held her the other day she started making a aggressive sound towards me well I think it is , from videos I've watched on YouTube it's always come under videos of teeth chattering , what's this mean ? And will I stop ? Or how can I stop this ?

This means go away. Don't worry. It is just her way of asserting herself. If she does it while touching her then I would stop. Mooli does this to me sometimes when I want to clean the cage.

Your little girl is afraid when being handled and puts on an aggressive front. It should die down in the measure that she relaxes and becomes more confident.
You may find our pick-up video from the tutorial video section on the top bar helpful: https://www.theguineapigforum.co.uk/videos/

I've watched the video and that's how I pick her up not the picking up that's a problem she will have 1 - 2 min of happy pig noises and then after that all goes down hill , when I touch her in cage she's fine and when I clean cage she runs in my way constantly it's only 2nd time she's done it now but I don't want to put her down when she does this incase she then thinks great I make this noise I don't get touched and then at same time I want to put her straight down so she doesn't go savage on me lol !

I have an expression that signals disapproval/disappointment; I find that it is much more useful than shouting "no". It is in one sense a good development because she is trusting you enough to communicate her feelings to you. Can you distract her with a little dried herb treat and praise her lots while you do? That helps extending the time and show her what kind of behaviour you like.

She will eat out of my hands I have tried before while holding her she just puts her nose on it lol , I wouldn't shout no at her incase scared her and then scare myself lol I just don't want her to bite me lol I have horses , donkeys etc (nan owns a animal rescue centre) and wouldn't hesitate at any of those but tiny things scare the hell out of me when comes to there little teeth ! Just want a little piggy that will accept all the loves I want to give her aha

Young piggies are generally fast learners. If you make it clear that tweaking is not an accepted behaviour, she'll cotton on. Tweaking is often a phase anyway. Just firm but calm with her.
