Hi I've had my guinea pig for over six years now and she barely has problems but she recently started having soggy smelly poop so I put her medicine and it seemed to get better before she started peeing brown and chunks of white so I took her off and put her on charcoal which seemed to help but then today I picked her up and saw her private area was swollen. She is not spayed and doesn't have a partner I don't know what to do as we don't have vets near that work with piggies. She's also been more tired recently...

Was the medication prescribed by a vet
What medication was it?
Did the vet tell you to stop the medication?

I’m afraid any swelling in that area needs to be checked by a vet.

All we can advise is to step in with emergency care:
Switch from the routine weekly weight checks and instead weigh her daily each morning. This is the only way to monitor hay intake.
Step in with syringe feeding if she is losing weight and ensuring enough syringe feed is given each day to stop weight loss.
These steps don’t replace a vet check and I can appreciate it is hard for you to find a vet, but we can’t know what is wrong with her.

No it wasn't prescribed but my friend who had a guinea pig told me to put her on it however I don't know what it's called. I've weighed her and she has gained weight despite me giving her barely any veggies and just her pellets and water as my friend told me. I give her hay two days put of the week now

Hay is their main food intake - it must be given in unlimited amounts every day, they must never be without hay. Lack of hay will result in a variety of medical issues including gut and dental issues. Veg and pellets are merely supplementary and never from the main part of the diet.
A guinea pig cannot live healthily on pellets and water. Pellets are very unhealthy for them and must be kept limited.

Unless your friend is a qualified vet and had given a hands on examination and made a qualified diagnosis of the issue, then there is no way of knowing what she has been given was safe or the right thing.
Do you not have the packaging there to know what you have been giving her?

All we can advise is that you correct her diet and try to find a vet for a diagnosis of her issue.

No sorry I mean her hay is given whenever she runs out which is every two days as she gets alot. She barely eats it as well. No I have no idea of what I was giving her all my friend said was an antibiotic she's used on her guinea pigs.

Hay needs to be given fresh every day, even twice a day.
If she is barely eating hay then that is a problem - it is essential for general health and gut function.

We have no way of knowing whether what you have been giving her is safe or helpful. If it was an antibiotic then suddenly stopping it can also cause problems.
