My Guinea pig

My Guinea pig is bobbing his head up and down and sometimes when he walks around his stomach goes in and out I need to know if there is anything that could cause this when I got them the guy who sold them said that there only a month old I don’t know if it’s because he is a baby but could I get some help should I go contact my vet or is he fine

It’s best to go to the vet first any health concern - it’s best to always have a new piggy checked out anyway - as we cannot see your piggy and cannot make any diagnosis.
Any breathing difficulty - if that is what you are describing - is considered an emergency
