My guinea pig Oreo is constantly itching himself i feel like he can not go 5 seconds without itching himself besides when he is eating. should I be concerned?

Take him for a vet check, only a vet can diagnose for sure if there is a skin condition causing him to itch.
Hi!
Please have him vet checked for either skin parasites (mites) or a fungal sking infection. they require different treatment so please don't be tempted to home treat on spec and rather step in with a vet grade product to get on top of things as quickly and completely as possible.
