My Guinea pig has this on his back fur, does anyone know what it could be?

Hello, I have found this on my Guinea pig tonight, I’m of course taking him to the vets as soon as I can on Monday hopefully but does anyone have an idea of what it could be?

Hello. Is it on his back end above his bum? It looks like an overactive grease gland. If it doesn’t look red and sore you could try cleaning it with coconut oil. They can become infected so a trip to the vet would be good if you’re worried. Good luck.
