So, my guinea pig has about 1yo and a few months, and has a blackish lump on its front paw, I don't know what it could be, when you touch it it seems to be a little hard but I don't think it's dirt because it's very close to the skin. I only realized now because I've been a bit busy these weeks so I haven't look much at her. but she is eating normally, playing normally.. what could this be?

Hi nd welcome

I cannot really comment sight unseen. It would help us if you could please post a clear picture via the Attach Files button underneath a post when you write it.

It is however likely a stuck-on dried poo. Please soak the foot in baby warm water and then gently work the poo off. It may take several sessions in the bath. Be careful to not pull of any attached skin.

If doesn't come off it could be a callus or the start of a harmless foot spur. A picture should bring more clarity as to what you are dealing with.
