So my guinea pigs were on my floor for floor time and I tripped while standing up and stepped on my baby guinea pig, not that hard but she did shreek. I picked her up to see if she was ok and she jumped really high and landed hard and now she's like moving slow and when she eats her pellets she like spits it out after chewing it for a little. I looked at her teeth and nothing broke. And her feet don't seem broken. Could she just be traumatized? Or do I need to go to the vet right away?

Hi!

Please have her properly vet checked as soon as possible.

If she is not about to eat properly, then you will have to step in with syringe feeding support, especially as around 80% of the daily food intake is unlimited hay and ca. 50g of preferably green veg and 1 tablespoon of pellets only have the roll of snacks and not the main meals. Please NEVER step back with free roaming piggies and never lift your feet off the ground.
Also make sure that a freaked out piggy cannot blind jump.

Keep in mind that incisors are ca. 4 cm long and run along the jaw to roots just in front of the molars at the back of the mouth that do the grind. also keep mind that she could have suffered damage to the jaw. also have her spine and limbs checked. Any damage is not necessarily to just the small visible bit of the icisors or her feet.

Yes they can. I would still get her seen even if she’s eating again.

Accidents do happen but a vet trip is always a good idea.

Update: she was taken it the vet, the vet gave me pain medication for her and critical care to supplement her food. And if she does not get better in the next few days she will be needing an x Ray to see what could be the problem
