I know its winter and they are bored, but honestly they are worse than my nieces gerbils. They used to have an igloo shaped entrance to their bedroom, now it looks like an igloo with a porch attached. Can anyone recommend any wooden toys they can chew? I bought those willow sticks, but they didn't touch them, just carried on gnawing their bedroom wall.

They have cardboard tubes, you know the really big chunky ones especially for guineas and rabbits.

Try getting them wooden cabins to go inside and chew. Mine love them. I got mine from zooplus.

I feel your pain...!
My shed full of hutches is bring slowly eaten by the pigs and buns... :))
Wooden houses as the above post suggested are good...
Also there's these wooden chews that clip on to the bars and stick out a couple inches... They love eating them...!... :))

I bought a few of the wicker bridges and my piggies love them, they spend their time running through it, climbing ontop of it and trying to chew it to death but am sure they will last a while. :)

How about cardboard boxes?

They don't last nearly as long, but my lot have wine boxes filled with hay and they seem to enjoy nibbling the edges til I swap it for a new one!

Boxes they have in the summer, but if I leave them in the hutch in the winter they wee in them and then they get soggy and smelly (disgusting girls I have)

mine also do this! they nawed all the way along the hutch door before i notice, good job i did or they'b be through under the bars!

I brought one of those wooden garlands n clipped it all along the bottom hutch door

I also got loads of wooden things to chew like a chew thing that looks like a handle bar that attached to the wire on the door, wooden fruits, snack things etc

mine will not touch any wood other than apple wood. maybe try apple wood? Also if you want the piggies to stop I have found telling them off, a little nudge to get them away from it, but you have to keep up with it.

mine love there hay beds! and sleeps and eats them at the same time! brilliant stuff!

I have bought them a hay covered tunnel, some chew sticks, some wooden toys and put a cardboard box in there with a door cut in it.

Here's hoping

Thank you for your suggestions

Haven't got any room for anything else, but will bear that in mind, thanks
