my female guinea pigs are grinding their teeth at each other

Hi looking for some advice please
I brought to female guinea pig at xmas which turned out to be pregnant so had to be seperated. since they have had their babies I have seperated the baby boy but have decided to keep the baby girl. when I introduce the mothers back together they grid their teeth.
what does this mean?
what should I do?
