Hi everyone, my boar is turning 4 today, he has a bonded boar with him whos 1 and a half, with that in mind should I feed him the senior pig pellets or should I continue to feed him the adult guinea pig pellets?

Any other advice on what to feed/ do to a boar who is in his golden years would be much appreciated!

There is no need to change pellets at all - normal adult pellets are absolutely fine.

You will continue his diet in general as it normally stands.

I’ve never changed pellets as any of my piggies grew older.
He’ll be fine with his usual pellets

I agree with the above. In my opinion baby and senior pellets are just a way to get owners to spend more! I have only ever fed the normal pellets whatever the age.

Happy belated 4th birthday to your boy ❤️🎁
I’ve just carried on with the same pellets as my boys got older
