Ok or not ok for piggies? Just picked these, have 2 varieties, one just green and the other with the red veining. They are bitter/mustardy. Are they high calcium - couldn't find it listed anywhere. Very lush stems too, so if they are piggy friendly they are in for a treat.
 
Thank you @Piggies&buns - high in vitamin C, but assuming not high in calcium as it is not noted. I will add a little to the boys teatime salad then👍
 
Calcium isn’t noted on the guide but an online search is picking them up as ‘high in calcium’ and listing them alongside other high calcium leaves such as spinach and kale.
Treating them like the other high calcium veg would be wise - a little once a week
