Hello Everyone, my guinea pig has been having some poops where one half is quite dark and the half is brown. She just had surgery 3 days ago. I fed her critical care and more veggies than normal for the first two days since her appetite wasn’t back to normal yet. They aren’t tapered or mushy just two different colors. Is this something for concern? I couldn’t find a thread about poos where they were two different colors themselves.

We are a mainly UK based forum so most of the members will be asleep now (I should be!). I'm sure an expert will be along a bit later.
As long as they are well formed (not soft) then it may just be from the disturbance of surgery and her appetite not being right.
Weigh her daily while she is recovering and syringe feed if necessary, using the weight checks as your guide as to how much she needs to be syringe fed
