Over the past week Nelli has been having one off mucousy poops. It seems completely random. The poops are fully formed, normal shape and size, they’re just covered in a thick orange/brown mucus.. which I believe indicates some level of digestive upset

I’ve given her some Fibreplex. She hadn’t had any change to her diet either. I’m really confused 🤷🏼‍♀️

Are they still having mucus poo's? Mucus is a sign that the gut is a little off. We had a piggy that had them on and off for a year or too. No cause was found. Are they eating a good amount of hay?

I’d be tempted to take a photo and ask the vet to take a look.
