Hi
Our 2 guinea pigs have always been inside (4 1/2 yes). Is it too late to move them outdoors to a shed? I would be looking to keep them in a cage/hutch inside the shed, rather than free run. I would also move the elderly rabbits hutch inside the shed. The rabbit and pigs are used to interacting through bars in the garden, so shouldn't mind each other. I would also store pet supplies in the shed and a seat for my daughter to sit and hold them. Do you think the pigs could adapt to being outside? I am guessing a hutch would be better than a cage, plus I can leave the door open in good weather, but would it get too hot in summer ie being in the hutch and the shed? Would the lack of light be an issue? Do I remove a window, or would this make it too draughty? Or would a cage be better, but it would mean not being able to leave a door open. I'm not in a position to do lots of diy, so would be looking to just buy a garden shed. I doubt we would sort out any electricity. Thanks
