New Born Pup
Hi guys. I gave 4 piggies now (
). We’ve just bought a house and we’re moving in about 2 months (new build so not sure on completion date) & plan on getting a new accommodation for them. There is a section of the garden down the side of the house which is already fenced down 2 sides and has the house wall down the other. This will be freshly turfed before we move in. I was going to put the girls’ shed down this section(about 4ft wide & 8ft long) and fence flush with the house (I’ll try to attach a photo) so I could just open the door & let them have run of that area/graze & the dog can’t get down there. My question is, do they need a roof/top over the grass area? (They won’t be out overnight) A) I’m not 100% sure how I’d do that, and b) I don’t want to block too much sunlight as the area will already be shaded as it will have 2 6ft fences on 2 sides and a house wall on the other!
