moving furniture

Bertie, my 4 year-old boar, has been moving his house around the cage for a while. So that he can eat under cover... he's a tad shy! It never used to be a problem when Rene was alive as he was happy sharing or being out. Now, though, with baby Finlay, we have added a pigloo and Bertie often blocks Finlay in (or out). Is there a reason why he's started doing this? have you ever noticed that before? ?/?/?/

One of our old boars used to move around in his igloo like a hermit crab sometimes and was very possesive of it. It often helps to have two of everything with boars to avoid the squabbling, the blocking of Finlay is probably Berties way of showing he's the boss

fair enough. He wasn't the dominant piggy with his former partner but this behaviour started when Rene became poorly. It figures, I suppose.
