I have had my two guinea pigs for three months nearly and I am thinking of moving them into an indoor cage, mainly because I feel like they are missing out on a lot of attention! .
Every time we go out into the garden they shout and squeak and they run to the hutch door to see us. Seems like they have me trained :-)

My question is what is the best type of cage to buy?
Size wise etc and any other advice would be appreciated.
They will still be using a run outside or floor time inside when possible.
Ideally I would of liked to have gone down the c&c route but with little space and other animals it can't be done.
Just need to weigh it all up so any pointers would be great.
Thanks.

You can make a roof for c&c using the grids!

Also like your paddling pool photo you can use a larger paddling pool or sand pit as a permanent enclosure.

What a brilliant idea with the paddling pool! I've been looking for ways I can give my piggies floor time indoors but my OHs not keen on them running around on the carpet. This would keep us both very happy and the piggies, thank you :)
