mouth open all the time?

I t is really hot here in gloucestershire well in cam n i hav my pig shed open all day till it gets dark n cooler mudge has water and wet cold cloths in with him and cold apples and nive veggies but he keeps his mouth open i offer him drink and he takes it i also some times hav 2 put it in his mouth before he actully drinks it he jsut wiont shut his mouth

Could be teeth problems. I've read when the back teeth get long they have an open mouth.

I would get his teeth checked and his lungs checked by a vet but if his mouth is open and he is breathing heavily this could also be a sign of heatstroke so be careful with the temperature. If necessary bring him indoors.

be gentle with him, put a fan near his cage perhaps.. try cooling him down?

Is it open with teeth open or just lips?

I ask as Merlin has a dangly bottom lip :smitten: that looks as though he has his gob open all the time but his teeth are closed

just his lip lol he still has it havnt mage to get to the vet yet he acting the same an isnt destreed so i will leave hi for now
