Hi everyone. My Guinea pigs have had a little falling out and one of them has a little cut on the inside of his lip. It isn’t bothering him. I was just wondering how to treat it/ and keep it clean?

I would just keep an eye on it for any signs of swelling or irritation, discharge etc. It should heal itself.
