I know it's normal for the dominant boar to mount the other, but is it normal for him to bite (not viscous bite- more like nibble) the back of the others neck?
As long as blood is not drawn( do check regularly for any broken skin as an abcess may form if infection gets in) you can usually leave well alone. Boys will be boys!
