Hi,

This might seem like a silly question haha but how many poops are normal?

This morning I just noticed a large pile of poops, and there just seemed to be more than normal? The piggies are completely fine and acting normally so am I just overreacting?

Thank you!

Lots of poops are good! It means they are eating enough hay.
You only need to be concerned if there is suddenly less or no poops or if poops are soft/diarrhoea or smaller than normal/odd shapes etc as this can mean reduced hay intake or digestive problem

Poop amounts can also vary depending on how much fresh they have been feed recently.
Plus sometimes they seem to poop in one spot and it can look like a lot while other times they are all over the cage.
Just keep up with weekly health checks and weighing but I am sure the girls are fine.
