More healing thoughts for Ella please. Lumps near nipple 😞

I knew it was too good to be true that all was well with my piggies

I’ve just handled Ella and she has two very small (about pea sized) lumps near her nipple. They are mobile and feel like her other fatty lumps. Typically they wasn’t there when she had her check up at the vets on Monday.

Am I ok to keep an eye on them until her next check at the beginning of November or does it warrant a vet visit now? The small animal vet who we usually see only works 3 days a week, gets booked up fast and is on holiday for two weeks after this week. I can’t believe this is happening

In my experience with little lumps in the past, yes she will be fine until her vet appointment.

If the lumps are sitting loosely in the skin, then they are usually harmless. They are OK to wait 10 days.

Ella has a vet appointment booked with our favourite vet on 25th September for two small pea sized lumps I found near her nipple yesterday Typically they wasn’t there at her check up that she’s just had last Monday. Please send lots of healing thoughts please as I’m really stressing out

Best of luck to Ella. Both Eric and Larry had mammary masses. Eric had his removed with no problems. Larry was diabetic so we avoided surgery. It never bothered him, never changed, he was fine
Don't worry! Whatever happens, you and Ella have got this!

Just seen the vet with Ella. Her nipple lumps are fatty and not in her mammary tissue. Her lymph nodes are slightly swollen but he says she could have had a little infection or it could be hormonal. Just got to keep an eye on her but she’s absolutely fine xx
