more grids haver just come, which mean i can make them a double cage, would 2x3 on top of 2x3 be alright for 2 guineas? i need to make a ramp quick, what can i use?

4x2 is the recommended size but not sure how it works if you have 2 levels. Could you make a bigger bottom floor and a smaller top floor? I've used a grid for the ramp in my c&c, attached at the top and covered in carpet so they don't get their toes stuck.

thanks, what did everyone else use for a ramp?

With more grids I would rather do a 4x2 if you can fit it, with a partial upper floor, like a loft of either 1x4 (along the long side) or 1x2 (along the short side). A 2x3 is ok, but on the small side for two pigs. Adding a ramp to that takes away running space both on the top floor and on the bottom.

Many people have made their raps from two grids cable tied together, but you can also use a small wooden shelf, or anything else that makes a ramp that's not too steep. Cover it with something like fleece, vetbed or carpet tiles to geive them traction :)
