WANTED: Small rabbit hutch etc for pregnant cat

Hi all, looking for a rabbit hutch or something that we can have our
cat give birth in, and to stop the kittens running about the place.
This is our first ever litter so were not too sure what to use but it
must be safe for them and it must be able to fit in the house.

Small rabbit hutch! Are they stupid! Kittens are supposed to run about the place. Not sure if the link works.

I've just replied with this:
I think you need to get a book about cats/kittens. I dont think a rabbit hutch, and a small one at that is suitable at all for a pregnant cat. It wont take long for the kittens to start exploring and they cant be shut in a 'small hutch'.

She's been told. She's also been offered a temporary foster home for her "soon-to-be Mum" cat. Others have said similar to you. We agree it is nt acceptable, and her Posting has been deleted.
