Mole on Male guiniepig's belly

Found this mole on my guinies belly. Thought it may be nipple but I found a nipple (as in 2nd photo) and doesn't seem to match. He doesn't seem to be in any pain and no reactions when I touch it and no other changes in behaviour.

It looks like normal nipples to me? Boars have two as well.

It would be a very good habit if you gave your guinea pigs a once-over every week, at the same time as you are weighing them. That way, you can be sure to spot many problems early on. That looks like a nipple. Both boars and sows have two. My late Elizabeth had one skin coloured nipple and one brown coloured nipple. It’s just pigmentation

Or if it’s in the centre of his belly, it could be his belly button x
