Piggies do of course chat to each other while they are going about their general piggy business but squeaking/squealing while peeing or pooping can also indicate a health problem/pain/UTI.
We can only ever advise, if you are worried about a potential health issue, that you switch from the routine weekly weight checks and instead weigh them daily so you can monitor hay intake more closely and see a vet to have any concern checked out.

I don't have guineas any more, but I did have a lot over the years and they all loved Batavia! Most also loved radicchio, which is not in your mix and is apparently officially not a lettuce type anyway. Most of mine weren't keen on the real red lettuces in your mix - guineas all have different tastes - but if your guineas like them, those are fine, as others have written.

Welcome to the Forum and the wonderful world of Guinea Pigs! I always take any new piggy I have to the vet for a health check just so that the vet has a place to start from when the potential problems that come along.

I do hope there’s nothing amiss but if the squeaking is related to the wee and poo output then a vet trip is a good idea.
Hopefully it’s just normal guinea pig chatter and they are very good at producing great volumes of poop

Reassurance from a vet is worth the cost
