These look like they could be static lice (also called hay mites). They are extremely difficult to get rid of. If only one of your guinea pigs has been treated that will not work as they will just pick it back up from each other immediately. They both need to go on a course of ivermectin supplied by a vet for more than two weeks along with thorough cage cleaning and cleaning any other cage furniture (or leaving it to sit for a few months).
I have tried to get rid of static lice in my own guinea pigs about three times now and keep failing, I did do a 2-3 week course of ivermectin followed by seven weeks of weekly gorgeous guineas shampoo baths and it didn’t get rid of them, so be aware they can be very difficult.

These look to potentially be hay mites (static lice is not a term which is used anymore).

What product did you use to try to treat them previously? Was it prescribed by a vet?
Was it done as part of the correct length course dosed by weight?

Please do see a vet to get the correct course of prescription strength treatment. That is three separate treatments with two weeks between each treatment. So a total of six weeks to treat them. Given she is only six weeks old, she is barely old enough to have completed one full course of treatment.

If you had used an off the shelf spot on from a pet shop, then they are usually not strong enough to fully deal with an infestation. Often they will suppress but the mites usually then come back.

You will also need to fully disinfect the cage and all items and ideally change your hay source. F10 is the recommend disinfectant product.

Thanks you, are they painful/ harmful ?

Hay mites are more of an annoyance (it’s mange mites which can kill) but you need to see a vet to get a diagnosis and proper treatment. Using low dosed pet shops products can risk resistance forming making it harder to treat even with the proper product.

Ah ok. Then I’m not surprised they’ve come back.
As I say it is a full course of three treatments dosed by their weight which is needed.

If your vet is now closed then it can wait until Monday to call them unless your piggies are visibly uncomfortable through itching.

When did you last give them a spot on?
Given ivermectin can be overdosed, you need to make sure the vet knows when you last gave them a spot on.
