i have a guinea pig named Dove he had very bad mites, and was also having seizures. He’s finished his ivermectin treatment and is feeling much better, he has no sores and his fur is growing back also no seizures. When is he able to go back to my other guinea pigs?

Here is a before and after pic:

If you want to reunite him with his companion, then do so.
Does he live with another boar or is he neutered and living with sows?

You must make sure the reintroduction is done in neutral territory. You cannot just put him back in the cage now a separation has taken place.
You also have to be prepared that a medical separation can sometimes break bonds so not every pig is welcomed back in such a situation.

i have other boars, i need to bond one of them with him first if it doesn’t go well he’ll get his own cage and i have 3 single males. hes been by himself since i got him cause of the mites from the previous owner

Oh right. That’ll make things easier then - no risk of a bond having been broken.

If he is no recovered, then do go ahead and attempt a bonding
