Mint 😢

Was hoping this post wouldn't come so soon after joining you. We lost our little Peppermint (Mint) overnight. She had only been with us a few months, she had had some issues with digestion and weight loss which we were working on with the vet - syringe feeding and some meds to help her gut, and she seemed to be getting better and her weight was stabilising and she was moving around a lot more than she had been, but then clearly something spiraled overnight and she has shuffled off.

But we won't think of her as a medical condition, we enjoyed some lovely cuddles and ear scratches, she was so gentle and calm, and she will always be one of my daughters' first pigs.

Bon voyage on your trip over the bridge Mint, we will miss you little one.

Thanks, we got the pigs for the kids really but the adults have become very attached too. Mint's cage mate Misty won't be by herself for very long.
