No they should not have millet.
It is a seed so not part of their natural diet, hard to digest, and has the potential to become stuck in their teeth.
Sadly treats with millet are not suitable for guinea pigs.

They can’t have millet. Sadly a great many treats marketed as suitable for guinea pigs are not suitable at all for them.
