Milky and pea eye

She has milky eye and pea eye is this normal ?

That doesn't look like pea eye to me. Pea eye is usually a droopy bottom lid in the corner of the eye. What you are seeing is a protruding conjunctiva. I advise seeing a vet

Hi

I would recommend that you have your piggy seen by a vet for the pushed out conjuncticval tissue. Fatty/pea eye is the lower lid falling away from the eye and exposing the conjuctiva, not pushing it out in the corner.

The milky fluid is normal eye cleaning fluid (watery tear fluid is always just a sign of irritation and discomfort in the eye as guinea pigs don't blink). It just hasn't been fully reabsorbed through the tear duct.
