Mickey Mouse Treats!

You can tell it's the last day of the hols as my children were looking for an activity to do this afternoon. My son suggested we make the piggies some treats so we baked some little cookies. The Mickey Mouse shapes were our favourite. Bramble and Smartie started tucking in as soon as we put their plate down!

(Ps. I know baked treats etc aren't necessary for guineas and cooking wipes out some of the nutritional value. It was just a few cookies for a one off treat )

The Green plastic thing is a boredom buster by living world that holds food. My son was given it for his birthday. It's A bit gimmicky but whenever it's put in the pen, the piggies go over to explore it ☺

The cookies are their usual pellets, grapes, cucumber, a big strawberry and tiny bit of courgette whizzed up with a bit of water with a handheld blender. We added a tiny spoon of oats to thicken it up and then used biscuit cutters. They baked for 10 minutes until they were solid enough to pick up! Not exactly gourmet but fun for the kids!

(Edit. It also had grass in that my son is growing in his bedroom, bless him )
