Hi, looking for advice please, Milo has arthritis in his lower back and has been on dog loxicom 0.4ml twice daily for a couple of years, we have had to change vets and the new vet said he can only prescribe Metacam for cats 0.29ml once daily, this does not seem enough. Thank you

Hi

Is that a general vet or an exotics? 0.29 cat metcam once daily is the equivalent of 0.1 ml do strength metacam once daily.
 
Thank you Wiebke, we will get back in touch with the vets, it didn't seem right to us. They are vets that say they experienced in exotics.
