I know this should be added to previous threads, but don't know where. Squeak is on 0.4 mls metacam daily. Been told its best twice a day. My important question is... shall I split it into 2 doses then please. 0.2 morning, 0.2 evening? Thank you
 
It seems you may have been pushed down, I do not have an answer but will reply so hopefully someone with more knowledge will see and let you know.

If it were me I would not separate it and just complete as was prescribed by the vet but it is true that guinea pigs metabolize their medication faster than humans, perhaps you can give your vet a quick phone if you want to make that decision?
