Hello fellow piggies,
It's Oreo, Ruby and Lucy here.

We have been working hard lately to stop out humans becoming complacent slaves - complacency is just not a desirable characteristic in our humble opinion.

So this month we have decided to use food as our tool of manipulation. :gd:
Just to keep them guessing we are now refusing to eat yellow pepper - green, red, and orange are still acceptable (for the time being).
Plus we have now all decided that the most delicious food ever is fennel.
Initially we turned our noses up at it, but now it is our absolute favorite. :drool::drool::drool:

Well except for Eddi, who still has a thing for blueberries :roll:
But even he eats fennel now and again.

How are the rest of you keeping your devoted slaves wrapped around your little paws :)
 
Anselmo will eat anything, but can't because of his diet so likes to test my nerves in other ways. Mainly by being ill.

We've just got over a bout of weight loss, so he now has a lump on his face which he's off to the vet for. And now, listening to him eating I can hear his honking noise so he needs to be nebulised tonight. Sigh.

Jon and Podrick love vegs one day and hate them the next. I got them a stick of celery to try on Friday. All over the weekend they devoured the little pieces I gave them. Today it's the worst thing ever.

They do the same with loads of things, green beans, baby sweetcorn, peppers... the list goes on. They're monsters!
 
I agree yesterday the boys loved apple , today it gets chucked around and ignored ! I feel the struggles ! It's plain old cabbage , carrot and spinach and kale still!
 
Haha, they're funny!

Jon and Poddy regularly stand up at the bars whinging that they're starving to death. I offer them a bit of red pepper and they look at me like "Pah, I'm not starving to death enough to eat that".

Then they're back to their Never Been Fed (NBF) faces.

My boyfriend calls them the NBF crew. NBF 4 lyfe!

On a more serious note it's good to be persistent and keep trying. My waste bin, AKA Anselmo who will eat anything now started off on eating carrot for at least a month after I adopted him. Everything else was poison apparently.
 
Hi Oreo, Ruby and Lucy! Willow and Marble here. We do exactly the same - we find the best time to do this is when the slave feels confident to stock up. HA! NOW'S the time to refuse green peppers! We don't know what they do with the food we refuse, but they're quite lowly creatures and we suspect they might eat our cast-offs themselves, ugh!

We also like sitting ON TOP of our fleece tunnel and sqube, we know we're supposed to go IN them and we have a cuddle cup we can sit on but we do our own thing!
 
Wheeee likes to do this too. Our favourite trick is to wheeek loudly then if cabbage comes to ignore it and stand up at the bars yelling again. Despite normally loving cabbage treat wheek. Wheeee also alternate what pepper whee like to eat and which we leave.. It doesn't pay to become predictable unless its coriander
 
My girls seem fairly constant. Peppers are good, but the green ones are less good. Parsnip and carrots are ok, but not too much. Baby sweet corn is good. Big sweecorn is good but a bit tricky. Any cabbage, collie flower leaves, brocollie stem are Really Good. Green beans are BAD and must be buried immediately.
 
We're too good-natured to be fussy. However, we keep our humans on their toes using other methods...
Refusing to be picked up, Godfrey dashing upstairs, and I will simply not be picked up but enjoy cuddles. Also, some of my fur grows toward my head, some of it grows away. Which direction do you stroke me, human?
Awful news, too! The humans said some horrifying words like "nails" and "trim"! We fear they will hold us and clip away at our gorgeous claws! Again! Of course, we avoid this by squirming, jerking our feet away and biting our human's chin. What do you find is the best way to elude this torture?
