Hiya Everyone :)

I just thought I'd say how brilliant megazorb is, bought a sack from the Hayexperts the other day. Normally, my lot's litter trays smell after a day, 2 days later and no smell at all.

Highly recommended! :))

thats great Hanna - do you think that would work under fleece as I have just changed my boys to fleece instead of shavings to perhaps soak in a bit fot he water?

Personally I would put a few big bath towels under the fleece, they would absorb the wet. I think the megazorb might be quite messy and it sticks to the fleece.

I have 4 litters trays in each corner and they tend to go to the toliet there.

It is brilliant for the smell though. :))

Thanks I will give that a try the next time they are due to have their fleece changed - was changed last night so will probably be tomorrow night when we change again.

My husband ordered more fleeces off ebay though think I might have to get the piggies sunglasses as one is bright green and the other is bright orange :))

I used to use megazorb before i changed to fleece and i thought it was fab too. I do use it in their litter trays now and it really does help with absorbing the wee and smell.

Mojules i wouldnt use the megazorb under fleece at it would stick to it too much. What do you use under your fleece to absorb the wee? I use washable inco pads and they work great no smell and the fleece stays dry, i think i will only have to change the inco pads once a week as they have been in for 4 days now with no smell! (I do only have two pigs) The fleece i will be changing every 4 days.

:)

i too like megazorb, but think if you can to sieve it and get rid of the dust. i know thats a big process, but i hate the dust at the bottom, that's the only downside to it!

Thanks I will invest in some inco pads (do you buy them in a shop or do you get them online? sorry I'm a mallethead)

The fleece is on the bottom of the cage base nothing is udnerneath it but the inco pads sound fab :)

I got mine from amazon, here is the link for you. [ame]http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B000MES1W8/ref=s9_simh_gw_p79_t1?pf_rd_m=A3P5ROKL5A1OLE&pf_rd_s=center-1&pf_rd_r=0V7MYD8H1A429DX4GR97&pf_rd_t=101&pf_rd_p=467198433&pf_rd_i=468294[/ame]

They do seem expenisive but will last for years and they are REALLY good. I bought 4 as i have 2 in their cage and 2 spare for when i do the cage clean. :)

Or you could use puppy pads that what i used before i discovered the inco pads and they worked great too. I bought the puppy pads from the £1 shop and their are 5 in a pack, but do work out expensive where as the inco pads you can wash and re use. :))

How much does the megazorb cost?

I also use the inco pads from amazon under the fleece, have 4, wear one set wash one set as it were.
