megazorb and feet issues

has anyones experienced spurs and dry feet with megazorb?
All my piggies feet are a little pink and dry since being changed to megazorb. And poor harry has spurs on both feet which are new. Has anyone eevr had experience of this? I'm thinking of changing my bedding again....maybe flax?

I haven't noticed anything like that with mine, but I put a layer of hay over the top so mine aren't usually directly on it

Mine are on Megazorb and their feet are fine. I have hay on top too though

I used to use Equisorb - it's soft and non dusty chrissie from Gorgeous guinea recommended it. The only supplier I could find was Darnley I can get the details if you want.

However I wouldn't imagine bedding causing spurs - Pebbles got spurs on Vetbed.

Yes please . I wonder if waterfoot stock it now? Megazorb don't seem to go very far in a 9x2 and I like the sound of equi sorb x

I don't think waterfoot supplier it I enquired at the time, the only place I could find was a pet shop and even then you had to call the day before and ask them to get it in.

It's very small pieces of flax if you like? One downfall is the boys where always getting it stuck in there bits! X

Theo does that with the megazorb so anal sac fishing is a hobby I well used to.....as much as it gives me the boke rolleyes
