My English geography is usually pretty good but for some reason I always thought Northallerton was in Cumbria! mallethead Anyway too far for me also I'm afraid but I'm sure there will be others nearby.
Do you know which rescues are closest to you? Rescue open days and fundraisers are often a good way of meeting up with others from here.
