Meet Ronnie

Ronnie arrived on Friday, he is a 10 month old skinny boar, and we adopted him from TEAS after his friend Igor passed away. He has been neutered and is now past his 6 week post op wait. Currently living alongside Moo's herd and I can see that bonding is going to take a while as he is incredibly enthusiastic but gets annoyed when the girls tell him off for rumblestrutting in their faces. We have 4 possible groups to try anyway and will take it slowly.

Just want to thank Debbie again for letting us adopt him.

Ronnie had some time on the sofa with Tabs and Thumbles last night and all went better than expected. Tabs is normally a chatterer but just braced herself for the inevitable humping. Then Thumbles put him in his place a few times by peeing in his face. Next step will be floortime together and see how they get on with him chasing. He was so excited that he went back and trashed his cage.
