Medication dose help (sorry I'm silly)

So sorry for the most random post. I have to give my piggie some meds from today and honestly I’m absolutely exhausted from travelling so I might just be over thinking hahahah!

Anyway for this medication it says 0.3. Is that up to the 0,3 mark or is it just 3 of the little black lines? I remember him saying it’s a very small amount but I’ve just got myself so confused

She has blood in her wee. I can’t remember the weight off the top of my head but she’s 1 year and definitely a larger pig. I got it from cat and rabbit clinic in Northamptonshire who haven’t failed me before. She’s on it for 10 days!
