Malting a lot

hello, one of my pigs has been malting quite a lot recently. I check her regularly and she hasn’t got any sort of mites or dry skin, it just looks simply like normal fur. I was wondering if there is anything to reduce the amount of shedding or at least control it. I brush her daily but that doesn’t seem to help. Thanks.

There’s nothing you can do, it’s normal. As long as she doesn’t have any bald patches then I wouldn’t worry about it.

My 2 floors malt a lot. It goes every where!

This time of year it is quite normal for them to shed a lot as their winter fur is growing in. My 4 a shedding loads at the moment.
