hi my male guineapig has this small scab on his back when ever i touch it he’ll go to scratch it a lot

Could you please take a decent picture and upload it via the Attach Files button underneath your post when you write it. There are quite a few things that can cause scabs on the back. If you have concerns, please see a vet.
But sight unseen and without access to your guinea pig we can really not tell you.
