He was operated on last Thursday and today I saw blood around the wound which bothers me a bit. Can you tell me if there is anything to worry about? (post written using a translator)

Please call your vet clinic as soon as they open tomorrow morning. This needs to be seen by your vet as soon as possible. Keep an eye on him throughout the night.
It looks to me rather like your boy has tried to gnaw open his operation scar?
