Homebase have square guttering so you could get that, cut it to size, drill some holes in that and cable tie it to the grid you're attaching it to (would need to cut holes in that too). Then get a carpet tile, cut it to size and glue it on so the piggies don't slide down thats what i considered for mine but i dont own a drill or a saw to cut it lol.

Think that will have to be a job for the husband, show me he's a man lol (he's just as bad as me at DIY)

I have that same stuff to make a cage with but cannot work out how to make a second level with it ... ie a hay loft. How to you get the grids to fix on top of each other?
