make guinea pigs fought now one of them is bleeding

my guinea pig jumped into the other cage, and they both jumped onto eachother now one of my guinea pigs have a cut on his mouth and it doesn’t close

Please see a vet for any severe wounds. It may need treatment, pain relief and antibiotics. Call your vet now and hopefully they can fit him in today.

Ensure your piggies cages are secure with lids so they cannot get into each others cages.

Please see a vet as he may need painkillers and antibiotics for the wound. Make sure they can’t jump in to each others cages again by securing a lid to each cage x

Ooh that looks nasty. Jenny got a nasty mouth wound during lockdown. Because it was just under her lip in the furry bit they were able to glue it so it was much less stressful than expected. Hope they can do similar for you but it definitely needs closing somehow if they can do it

Ouch! Definitely a vet visit needed ASAP. It will be painful for him to eat I should think.
