Get rid of all food inside the cage as their might be eggs with the food. All bedding needs to be cleared out or if you have fleece then machine washed with plenty of washing powder. Get some disinfectant and and a sponge and disinfect the cage throughly in the cracks and all over and all items inside the cage like hidey houses also need to be cleaned. If possible also give your pigs a bath as some eggs may be in their fur.

It wasn't in the piggies cage and I checked the entire cage and found nothing. I still washed the fleece. The food bins are next to the poop/garbage bin. Should I get rid of the food in the bins? The piggies have been temporarily moved to a different room. Checked most of the room and found nothing. Checked piggies and their ears and found nothing. The piggies are about to get a bath.

Well if it's right next to the poop bin where the maggots were found then I would say yes, dispose of the food as they maggots could have gotten into the food. Hope your piggies enjoyed their bath! :)

sounds like ordinary maggots that eat decaying vegiation.

There are lots of different types of fly, they lay eggs in different environments and they hatch into different types of maggot.

The most worrying for our piggies is the blowfly, these eat living flesh and are bad news. But not all maggots are bad news, they are used in medicine for cleaning up dead flesh (they are produced in sterile conditions) and only dead flesh.

In warm weather flies will be laying their eggs in their specific environments to hatch out their maggots, if it was just in a waste bin - as in the place you put poo and vegetables before putting out in the bin, I wouldnt worry overly as they just came about due to warm weather and availability of food for them. Chuck out the rubbish and clean the area, be aware of not storing it for as long until the weather cools down. If it was where you store the food to give to the pigs then again, throw whatever they were in, clean and dry but its fine to use again.

I cleaned and didn't find any more. Piggies seem mad with me for moving them to a really small cage. They are back in their big cage now. I took the entire trash bin to the target and made my dad take it out.

Oops! I meant garage not target! I don't like auto correct.
