Lying against the water bowl

If your piggies have a water bowl, do they lie against it sometimes?

Perry has started doing this the last couple of weeks or so. Wondering if it could be related to his arthritis, another reason, or whether he just likes it?

My two girls (especially Rosie) often chill out under their water bottle. They have no illnesses and the bottle offers no cover or security that I know of, instead I jokingly mock them for having a drinking problem :’)

My two girls have a water bowl and one of them often lies against it, yes--we keep offering her piggie-sized pillows instead, but she prefers the water bowl, for some reason...

I have never hand mine do that, but one will occasionally just stick her two front feet in the water bowl, and then watch me while I clean something.

I know, the temp has been recorded high lately. Its hot where I live also.

I prefer it hot to cold but I do worry about my piggies in the heat

He stopped doing this so I think he was warm but still wanted to lie on the vet bed for the cushioning (he has mild arthritis) but rested his face against the bowl to cool himself. Clever piggy
