Lychee?

Can guinea pigs eat lychee? They seem very excited to have some but I want to make sure it’s okay for them before I let them have some.

I think it’s ok to feed them but guinea pigs should rarely have fruit due to its sugar content

I've never considered giving guinea pigs lychees. Maybe I'll try it next time I've got some. But ours are fussy creatures and very suspicious of new food, so they would probably turn their noses up!

I hear that! One of my piggies will eat literally anything. Can’t leave her around any type of food because she’ll make a meal out of it. I learned that lesson the one time she ate my blackened chicken and rice dinner. But the other is so picky. She won’t eat anything new. They’re like the two opposite ends of the spectrum!
