Lunch in York

Sarah from chucklebunnies and I are going to wagamamas in york on the 26th of October. We would love it if more piggy people could join us. I have some gift vouchers so it shouldn't cost too much. I was going to put this on the forum a few weeks ago but things have been a bit crazy so sorry the the late notice.
 
I'm looking forwards to this already.....nom nom nom...

We should be there about midday. We will have a toy piggy with us, to show anyone who doesn't know us that it is us, and we will wait outside for a few minutes before going in as well. It is lovely meeting up and chatting piggy so if you can come then please do.
 
It would have been nice to meet up but I am not in York that day. Let me know if you plan anything in future as I don't know anyone who has the same interest in the welfare of guinea pigs as me (especially at my age).
 
Hi Sarah, Sue & I may be able to make it if Minky is OK to leave for a few hours. At present she still has a head tilt but is showing some signs of recovery then goes back over. 2 hours return travelling plus 2 hours in York would be our limit but that should more than cover a lunch & chat. It's not all raw fish is it?!

Sorry folks, rota does not permit :-( working the evening shift and it's apparently a leaving do for my former manager -only been gone 3 1/2 weeks so they want me there, which is nice :-)
 
Oh pants i totally missed this. Did you have a good time and yummy food? More importantly did you have big cake as per last time?
 
It ended up being just me and Sarah. We had pudding at wagamamas to use up my vouchers. It was good, next time I will post with more warning so hopefully more people can come.
